I am Peter Hartree, a freelance website developer based in Brighton & Chichester. I have more than 4 years commercial experience and a diverse bunch of happy clients. I am currently working with web agencies and graphic designers across the UK whilst reading philosophy at the University of Sussex.

I have proven experience in a range of areas, from consultancy and project planning to development and live deployment. You'll often find me coding (X)HTML & CSS layouts, developing web applications, performing accessibility & cross browser testing, optimising websites for search performance, working with eCommerce software, installing content management systems and maintaining websites.
I speak fluent (X)HTML & CSS, PHP & MySQL and Javascript, and have experience in other languages including Ruby on Rails.
